Cancelling an order
You can ask to cancel an order as long as work on it has not started. Write to us from the Support tab in your account or via the Contact page and include your order number. [Add any time limit.]
Refunds
If we cancel an order, or cannot carry it out, we refund the full amount. [Describe when partial or no refunds apply once work has started.]
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method. The time until the money appears on your statement depends on your bank or card provider. [Add the number of days within which you issue refunds.]
